why not use OIOPublisher.com it is free and will even do your banners mr cow - I have it doing my links, banners ads, inline ads (rss adverts) within the posts - OIO is what TLA PPP and your inline ads in one and maintained in one central location - cut out the manul work

way to multitask. review a site, announce your ad, space and push a product. I think for medium to large blogs, its better to not have tla ads up.

If you believe in yourself enough, why pay someone 50% commission for something you can do yourself.

I am sure if they are happy with their placement and their ROI they will renew their advertising next month, why not? Also, maybe they are not even paying for advertising but rather it's an affiliate link.

In any case, there is no reason for it to not remain there.
