John Cow dot COM: Scot Lies Some More

  • Scot · 2 years ago
    lol
  • Jamie Harrop · 2 years ago
Oh cow. Why bother playing in to this guys hands?

It's obvious he values a quick buck over his integrity and by giving him this public attention he gets the reaction from you that he's looking for.

Out of sight, out of mind.

    Just my opinion of course.
  • Angel · 2 years ago
You watch. I will bet you any money he actually goes through with this order.
  • bmunch · 2 years ago
So did you clickthrough to get your "12,000 new subscribers"?

Seriously , this is becoming boderline spam to me.
  • bmunch · 2 years ago
ops I seems to post twice. Please delete my first message.
  • Tom · 2 years ago
Well there is the saying 'any publicity is good publicity' he is probably making sales of this post
  • great008 · 2 years ago

  • Sudarshan · 2 years ago
Hey cow....u are a damm good detective,Better be a james bond in the next movie with some hot chick
  • Wayne Liew · 2 years ago
We shall see what he still has in his bag. I never came across someone that tried so hard to fight against bloggers that have authority.

Anyway, I am waiting to see your RSS boost past 12000. LOL
  • Scot · 2 years ago
It would be pretty hilarious, and I have had to think twice about this considering your hateful posts but I'm not sure it's so easily reversible and such a high false RSS feed count might mess up your ad revenue :(
  • Mike Huang · 2 years ago
If Scot is really serious about his site, then he's a dummie.

If he is doing all this as a publicity stunt, it as actually smart of him. I'm sure he got a few buyers from smaller blogs, but what the hell, he's jipping all the bloggers out there and making the new ones think this is just all a game.

MILK MAN, you have me to back you up :)

    -Mike

  • PinoyTech · 2 years ago
His RSS Explosion thing doesn't really make any sense.
  • Jamaipanese · 2 years ago
enough of this guy will ya...he is filling the barn with filth
  • Scot · 2 years ago
    Oh,
    And @ John:
    http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/1483/grossqk...

Not a million dollars yet but enough money to buy a few happy meals. Not to mention I made 3x this much the first day the site was announced.

But, that's beside the point and you'll find a way to try to negate my earnings anyway so it doesn't matter :p
  • Daniel · 2 years ago
I really don't enjoy using harsh language (ok thats a god damned lie) but is he retarded?

I have only been online for about a year marketing and he basically takes a huge steaming dump on the cardinal rule of reputation.

Good luck EVER regaining our reputation douchebag!
  • Etienne Teo · 2 years ago
That's another blog going down my list.
  • Malin · 2 years ago
Seems like this Scott person is in need of quick cash. He should try out PPP instead of bugging people. Mooooh on him!
  • Steve · 2 years ago
Maybe you should make this your side business. Busting fraudulent money making schemes.

I wonder just how many people he has managed to sign up?
  • Mike Huang · 2 years ago
    Poor Poor Scot...
  • charles · 2 years ago
another quick cash type spam. What is he thinking?
  • Ahmad Uzair · 2 years ago
buying rss subscribers is the most stupid idea I've ever heard. And why Scoot does this? I don't have any idea in my mind.
  • preblogging · 2 years ago
a business based around lying won't get you very far IMHO !
  • Angel · 2 years ago
This guy is the lowest of the low.
  • shy guy · 2 years ago
    Ha ha ha..
    Selling rss ??
Why want have many number at your rss but there's no much reader..
We want loyal reader not just only the number...
  • Matt Jones · 2 years ago
He emailed me that email too... -sigh-
  • Scot · 2 years ago
    Hey John,
That's someone else messing with you.
I wouldn't waste my time trying to sign up to your feed with 12,000 e-mail subscriptions.
  • Rhys · 2 years ago
Curse you John! Spoilt my post for tomorrow :(

    Good thing I've got a PS3 game though ;)

    :D
  • Dom · 2 years ago
Hmmm. Just sounds like you're deliberately promoting this RSS scam, Mr Cow. How much are you getting paid?
  • James · 2 years ago
Now look, john cow, you should award it to yourself, because you're the most stupid cow. What is your problem? You reached fame by registering a domain name of john chow typo and that's it! And john chow is always talking about how evil is good, so what do you expect? OK I'm gonna cry for you, poor baby!
  • sir jorge · 2 years ago
Gmail should regulate creation of names in that matter.
  • blueyes · 2 years ago
Well since google owns feedburner now I don't see how this is gonna fly when they can obviously see it is the same address over and over again. But then again, why are they even trying this. It is way beyond lame.
  • karen · 2 years ago
You guys are hilarious. And apparently Scott has one of those Google things that keeps track of each time his name gets used, because he sure commented the milk out of this post. He seems to be having trouble deciding if he's going to laugh it off, prove he's made a bunch of money, argue that buying subscribers is a good idea (?), or just insult the manure out of you.

Also, just because this blog is closely named after a very successful one doesn't make it successful...people looking for John Chow dot Com would just leave without reading the content of John Cow dot Com; what would it take, like 2 seconds to see that this was not John Chow dot Com?

If I've read anything the past months about how to catch and keep a reader CONTENT is the word that comes to mind. And John Cow dot Com has got it baby!
  • Fatgadget · 2 years ago
I suspect one of two things happening here.

    1. Scott is extremely retarded and has actually done this.

    2. Mr Moo has had the idea to use Scotts previous stupidity to provide some good linkbait.

  • Ryan Shamus · 2 years ago
This makes me sort of sick - it's definitely mega lame, and although I can't do much about it, I hate seeing the name of my blog on his site.
  • Forest Parks · 2 years ago
Ha Ha, not much else to say really!!

Well except that the culprit is a complete moron but that's obvious anyway!
  • bloggernoob · 2 years ago
happy meal. haha u got mad jokes cow. haven't heard that since i last ordered a happy meal
  • mahdi yusuf · 2 years ago
scot is a fool. and i am not just jumping on the band wagon i have had my own experience with the fool. plus everyone knows me and cow don't get along.
  • Girish a.k.a KiHack · 2 years ago
    Quite a weirdo..
I mean who would actually include a testimonial from John "Chow" and think that people would not bother to investigate further.
  • link bait · 2 years ago
Some people are just unbelievable. This is another one of those people who thinks they have a brilliant way to trick the Internet into making them rich. Give it up, Scot.
  • jerrykhoo · 2 years ago
I think this guy is totally funny. Maybe he should find himself a career in comedy instead
  • Money Blue Book · 2 years ago
You do realize you are giving him more publicity by writing about him right? Any publicity is good publicity...
    -R
  • BleuChip.com · 2 years ago
I read somewhere to get your site noticed you've got to be controversial but this guy has blown that by being totally dishonest.
I've no doubt he has got a lot more visitors to his site but I bet they're not buying his product.
What does make me laugh is his claim that http://bloggingfingers.com/ has signed up to it but if you follow the link to their site he's given probably the worst testimonial ever. Nice going.
  • Scot · 2 years ago
    @mahdi yusuf:
Just because I wouldn't link to your blog doesn't make me a fool. So, yes you are jumping on the social validation bandwagon.
  • George · 2 years ago
Maybe John Cow and Scot are one and the same person... that would be evil  wounldn't it?
  • zawadi · 2 years ago
