Ajith: I don't really see those particular types of posts -like when Chow shows pics of his dinner for example- as nothing useful because it gives the reader a sense of the blogger's personality and lifestyle. This makes it more REAL to the reader...

What about the generation that is coming up right now. They will never have known what it is like to not have the internet. I remember in college, someone somewhere, said something about this new telephone, online computer thing. You are right we all take the internet for granted. Frankly I don't know what I would do without it. I even would say that 90% of business would have to re-organize everything they do if the internet all of sudden went away.

I reckon people would have found an alternative smart way of making money. Guys like these dont just make money from the internet, they make money from knowledge, thats something we must all keep in mind.

Without internet, its like doomsday to me, ... i can't do anything via pc without internet. I had those experience before, believe me, you won't like it.

If it weren't for the Internet, I probably would not have been able to start my own freelance writing business. I would have either tried to pursue a print journalism career or I might have stuck with academia in some way after my bachelor's degree.
